Advantages of dry hire crane
The primary benefit of dry hire cranes is their simplicity. There is no requirement to select a crane, initiate the purchase process or allocate funds. Upon completion of your next project, you simply return the crane to us and the billing is halted.

Hire to purchase
Looking to buy a crane for your fleet, but not sure which crane is right for you? Don’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting in your bank account? SOHKI’s Hire To Purchase option might be for you.
Here’s how it works: you pick out a crane, we set up a payment plan, and you get that crane. No saving up.
Our Hire To Purchase option means while you’re hiring a crane, you’re paying off a part of the price to buy it. Once your hire contract ends, you can choose to leave it at that – just a hire – or to buy according to a payment plan we made at the beginning.

When you enter a long-term dry hire contract with SOHKI LTD of two years or more, we acquire a brand-new crane for you with your company colours and sign. Our range of brand-new Tadano and Kato crane options include city cranes, rough terrain cranes, and truck cranes from 13-100 tonnes – so no matter your project, we’ve got you sorted.
SOHKI LTD orders your brand new crane in Australia, handling all the associated paperwork for you - and if you decide you want to keep the crane afterwards, we can arrange that as well.
